IPL Schedule 2022
Since last two years IPL i.e. Indian Premier League had played in the UAE i.e. United Arab Emirates due to the COVID-19 surge, but IPL 2022 is scheduled to be played in India. In the IPL 15 there will be 10 teams which is gonna be hilarious for the IPL or Indian Premier League fans.

IPL 2022 Schedule
IPL 2022 will be the 15th season of the Indian Premier League or IPL. The official board is also about to declare the official dates for the next steps that are auction or the date from which the matches between the IPL teams are going to start.
By now when there is no such official information about the schedule, many sports experts have been speculating the estimated dates for the IPL 2022 schedule. Normally, IPL matches are played in the month of April and May. As of now, it is being estimated that the IPL 2022 may start from either end of March 2022 or starting of April 2022. IPL 2022 Schedule Release Date
IPL is yet to declare the official IPL 2022 Schedule dates. As per the rumours, the board should release the schedule dates after the completion of the auction and after the teams have declared their final list of players for the game. So we can assume that the IPL 15 Schedule expected to be out in the month of February 2022.
The declaration of the IPL 2022 schedule dates may take some time because there are high chances that there will be increased number of matches due to the introduction of new teams. This will also increase the number of days that season will last and it is expected that now IPL Season 15 may last for more than 70 days.
The board should release the IPL 2022 Schedule starting date and the entire scheduled list of matches to be played on their official website. Also, the starting date of the matches will be advertised even on Star Sports Channel or even on Disney Hotstar.
IPL 2022 Venue
Similar to the dates, the IPL board is yet to announce the venue of the matches. But again experts have been continuously playing guess games about the IPL 2022 venue. As of now, it is being estimated that Chennai in India will be the venue for all the matches of IPL 2022 or IPL Season 15.
Generally, the IPL matches played at the 6 venues of India and these were in the cities Chennai, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, and Bengaluru. But as of now, the venues are getting changed due to COVID situation across India
According to te experts, the venue for the matches will be in India only if everything goes well and normal. In the case of an increasing number of Covid cases in the country, the board can take decisions similar to the organization of IPL 2021 matches. This means if once again, the Board finds that there is a risk of Covid transmission, it may decide to conduct all the matches in UAE.

The first Indian Premier League 2022 is scheduled to be played on 02 April 2022, the first IPL 15 Match will be played in the M. A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai and the final match of IPL 15 is scheduled to be played on 3 June 2022.

As per the IPL rules, the top 4 teams in the IPL Points Table will be qualified for the Semi-Finals. The semi-final matches divided into two parts in which first semi-final called Qualifier-1 played between the 1st and 2nd ranked team while the Eliminator match played between the 3rd and 4th ranked team. In the Qualifier-1 round, the winner team directly qualified for the IPL Final while the losing team will play against the winning team of the Eliminator round to decide the 2nd finalist team of the IPL.
